- Training programs and workshops.
- Internships.
- Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

🔹 Service details, including scope, deliverables, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate agreement.
📚 2. Training Programs & Workshops
🔹 Enrollment is subject to availability and fee payment.
🔹 HackArcove reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training programs. Participants will be offered a refund or rescheduled session.
🔹 Participants must follow the code of conduct and respect HackArcove’s intellectual property.
🔹 No refunds for participant cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date.
🎓 3. Internships
🔹 Internship opportunities are available for eligible college students.
🔹 Interns must adhere to their internship agreement and maintain confidentiality.
🔹 Internships are typically unpaid, unless otherwise specified.
🔍 4. Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments & Security Services
🔹 These services are provided under a separate agreement.
🔹 HackArcove follows industry best practices during testing.
🔹 Clients must provide necessary access and information for testing.
🔹 HackArcove is not liable for damages resulting from vulnerabilities identified during testing.
🛡️ 5. Source Code Review
🔹 Clients must provide access to the source code.
🔹 HackArcove will perform the review professionally and timely.
🔹 HackArcove is not liable for damages caused by vulnerabilities in the source code.
💡 6. Intellectual Property
🔹 All materials (training content, reports, tools, methodologies) are HackArcove’s intellectual property.
🔹 Clients are granted a limited license for internal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
🔒 7. Confidentiality
🔹 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any shared information during service delivery.
⚠️ 8. Disclaimer
🔹 HackArcove provides services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
🔹 We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all security breaches.
⚠️ 9. Limitation of Liability
🔹 HackArcove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
⚖️ 10. Governing Law
🔹 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

🔹 HackArcove reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
