* Participants are expected to adhere to the code of conduct and respect the intellectual property of HackerCove and its instructors. * No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by the participant within [Number] days of the training/workshop start date.
**3. Internships:**
* Internship opportunities are offered to eligible college students based on their qualifications and availability.

* Clients are responsible for providing HackerCove with the necessary access and information to perform these services.
* HackerCove will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from vulnerabilities discovered during these assessments. The client is responsible for taking appropriate remediation steps.
**5. Source Code Review:**
* Clients are responsible for providing HackerCove with access to the source code for review.
* HackerCove will perform the review in a professional and timely manner.
* HackerCove will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from vulnerabilities or defects in the source code.
**6. Intellectual Property:**
* All materials, including training materials, reports, tools, and methodologies, provided by HackerCove are the intellectual property of HackerCove and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
* Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for their internal purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
**7. Confidentiality:**
* Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the course of providing or receiving services.
**8. Disclaimer:**
* HackerCove provides its services "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
* HackerCove does not guarantee that its services will prevent all security breaches or vulnerabilities.
**9. Limitation of Liability:**
* To the maximum extent permitted by law, HackerCove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of its services.
