HackerCove Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd. ("HackerCove," "we," "us," or "our") strives to provide high-quality services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. **1. Training Programs and Workshops:**
* **Cancellations by HackerCove:** If HackerCove cancels a training program or workshop, participants will receive a full refund of the fees paid. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their registration to a rescheduled session or another available program.

**Cancellations by Participant:**
* Cancellations made by the participant more than [Number] days before the training/workshop start date will be eligible for a full refund, less a [Percentage or Fixed Amount] administrative fee.

* Internships are typically unpaid, therefore, no refund is applicable.
**3. Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, and Other Security Services:**
* Refunds for these services are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
* Generally, refunds are not issued once the service has commenced, as these services involve significant resource allocation and expertise.
* If a dispute arises regarding the deliverables or quality of the service, HackerCove will work with the client in good faith to resolve the issue. Refunds or credits may be considered at HackerCove's sole discretion.
**4. Source Code Review:**
* Similar to other security services, refunds for source code review are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
* Due to the nature of source code review, refunds are typically not issued once the review process has begun.
**5. General Refund Conditions:**
