At HackArcove Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the conditions and process for refunds across our services.

📚 1. Training Programs & Workshops

🔹 Cancellations by HackArcove:

• If HackArcove cancels a training or workshop, participants will receive a full refund.
• Alternatively, participants can transfer their registration to another session or program.

🔹 Cancellations by Participants:

• Cancellations made 15+ days before the program: ✅ Full refund (less a 10% administrative fee).
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the program: 💵 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days: ❌ No refund (partial credit may be offered under exceptional cases).

🔹 No-Shows:

• Participants who fail to attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

🔹 Registration Transfers:

• Registrations can be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

🛠️ 2. Internships

🔹 No Refunds:

• Internships are typically unpaid; hence, refunds do not apply.

🔍 3. Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments & Security Services

🔹 Refund Conditions:

• Refunds for security services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• No refunds once the service has commenced due to the resource-intensive nature of the work.
• If a dispute arises, HackArcove will collaborate with the client in good faith to resolve the issue.
• Refunds or credits may be considered at HackArcove's sole discretion.

🛡️ 4. Source Code Review

🔹 Refund Conditions:

• Refunds for source code reviews are handled individually, as per the service agreement.
• Due to the extensive analysis involved, refunds are typically not issued once the review begins.

📑 5. General Refund Conditions

🔹 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

🔹 Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

🔹 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

🔹 HackArcove reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

🔹 Extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at HackArcove's discretion.
